SHIPPING POLICY
North Haven House ships from Alberta, Canada to anywhere within Canada and the United States. We accept orders shipping to P.O. boxes.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight and will be displayed at checkout. Below are estimates of our shipping options and their delivery windows.

North Haven House does not guarantee delivery times. All delivery windows are estimates provided by Canada Post and USPS. We will gladly assist customers with any issues or concerns regarding delivery but the responsibility of your order arriving is ultimately in the hands of the courier once it leaves our location.
International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. North Haven House is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If there has been a significant delay in your order delivery or you have any concerns please email info@northhavenhouse.com with your name and order number.
RETURN POLICY
Return requests can be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and North Haven House reserves the right to withhold funds if there is damage or loss in value to the returned items when we receive it. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@northhavenhouse.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
