Compiled below are my favourite crochet pumpkin patterns that I've come across online. They're all free but they don't skimp on detailed instructions and the results are too cute! I love the ones with texture and a variety of stitches but I've included single stitch patterns as well.
Save to Pinterest for future reference and send me a comment or message if you use one of these patterns! I'd love to see pictures of your work and remember to give credit to the designers when posting online.
This is a handy pattern that allows you to create 3 pumpkins of different sizes with the option to display them separately or connected in a gorgeous stacked display. A great pattern for beginners as it uses mostly HDC and SC!
The pattern for these sweet little pumpkins is so easy to follow and customize but the finished product gives a fancy look! Simply add rows to size these pumpkins up or down and add a cinnamon stick stem to complete the look!
The stitch texture on this pattern is so unique and eye catching! I've always struggled with the star stitch but it'd be worth it for these pumpkins. Kelsie does an excellent job of including picture instructions and I really like the way she talks through her pattern steps!
These pumpkins speak for themselves! The colour variation and realism is perfection! This pattern is a little more complex than the other ones I've listed but I think even a patient beginner could pull these off. I'm sure the stem from this pattern could also be used for other pumpkin patterns!
I have to admit this one may be my favourite and the one I end up using for my own pumpkin decor. I love the fun texture and the stitching between the rows of bobbles gives it a realistic shape! This pattern also gives you a larger pumpkin (9" tall) if that's what you're looking for.
Last but certainly not least, this pattern offers colour variation and a realistic pumpkin shape! It also includes a crochet stem. Jeanette has other paid patterns on her site for pumpkins with unique designs!
Happy crocheting!!
